✨ Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy ✨

💳 Deposits - Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service if the original service is canceled 24+ hours in advance.

💉 Medical Treatments - Medical-guided treatments are non-refundable once purchased, since treatments are ordered specifically for you (patient specific).

⏰ Cancellations - Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to another service.     •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.

🚫 No-Shows - No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee, in addition to losing the deposit.
